How To Overcome Stage Fright (in 5 Minutes or Less)

One of the most common questions I get asked is “How can I get over my fear of public speaking and overcome stage fright?”

I’ve done over 1000 speeches, and while I still get butterflies, I don’t feel afraid. The biggest thing that helped me when I was starting out was to develop a system to overcome stage fright by really tuning in and going with what that fear really means.


Here are the 3 ways to overcome stage fright:

1. Change your perception of fear. Use that fear as fuel!

2. Breathe. Take a moment, centre yourself, and remind yourself of your why.

3. Make your speaking about THEM not about YOU.

      Yes, that is one of my favourites because it truly works wonders and reminds us why we are out there speaking in the first place and when we come from this place it is felt and people connect with you and the love and presence you are sharing with them. Thanks for watching and sharing!!!!
